1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✔ You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✔ Custom orders or bulk purchases may not be eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
✔ Email juzer@emip.in with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
✔ Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Refund Processing
✔ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
✔ Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
✔ Exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective products only.
✔ If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
5. Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
✔ Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
